AOK Bad TölzExternal moderators and specialists from the public health department come to your school by arrangement and conduct the workshop units.
The core element is the simulation of Tom and Lisa's birthday party, which the pupils work on preparing in teams.Target group: 7th grade (preferably 2nd semester) and 8th grade (preferably 1st semester); suitable for all school types
Topics/objectives: Providing information on the risks and dangers of alcohol and youth protection / ideas on how to have fun without alcohol / risk assessment and alternative behaviors / empowering non-consumers / first aid in the event of alcohol poisoning / encouraging family discussions / correcting myths about alcohol consumption
Time required: 2 times 3 lessons, one week apart

The "KlarSichtkoffer" contains materials for 5 stations (nicotine, alcohol, advertising, intoxication glasses, talk show), which are easy to transport and can also be used separately. Villa Schöpflin, Center for Addiction PreventionThe HaLT (Hart am Limit) alcohol prevention project has been running since 2008 in the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen between the cooperation partners Health Department, Office for Youth and Family, Caritas and the District Youth Association.
The project is divided into preventative (proactive) and socio-educational (reactive) components.
Preventive measures include prevention events in schools and vocational schools, in the retail trade and with festival organizers, with a particular focus on compliance with youth protection.

"Risk check"; HaLT project
Young people often lack risk awareness when it comes to alcohol consumption. Workshop for young people who have become conspicuous in this respect (also with a boyfriend or girlfriend or in a small group), focusing on practical units such as estimating alcohol content, climbing wall or intoxicated goggles course.

"Cannabis - Quo Vadis?" - Workshop on cannabis prevention
Villa Schöpflin, Center for Addiction PreventionThis is an interactive workshop that provides participants with well-founded and factual information on the subject of cannabis in six stages.
Existing myths such as "smoking weed is healthier than smoking" and other misinformation are corrected. Participants in the workshop are also informed about possible effects on road traffic, among other things.
During the workshop, the young people also reflect on their own biographies by relating the possible effects of cannabis use to the lives of fictitious people. Situations at home and at school are also acted out and discussed. In addition, a change of perspective with parents/caregivers and teachers is encouraged. Finally, the participants receive information about the help system in their region.Target group: School classes in grades 8 - 10 and youth groups of the appropriate age.
