Mobile assistance for the elderly

With our Mobile Senior Citizens' Assistance, we support older citizens in organizing their lives.

The focus here is on maintaining an independent and responsible lifestyle at home. We are an outreach service and are also happy to advise you in your own home.
The legal basis for this service is Section 71 of the German Social Code XII (SGB XII).

You can contact the Mobile Senior Citizens' Service:

  • All senior citizens who live in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district and need help organizing their everyday lives
  • Relatives, citizens and communities who are aware of the emergency situation of an elderly citizen in the district
  • Doctors and institutions.

Our offer:

  • Benefit-related and social counseling for all areas that affect older people
  • Advice on coping with difficult life situations
  • Advice on social and social law matters (no advice on pension matters)
  • Advice on financial issues resulting from emergency situations, e.g. illness or the need for care
  • Concrete support with formalities and contacts with authorities
  • Organization of outpatient services, domestic help, moving, renovation, etc.
  • Building individual networks
  • Support for (caregiving) relatives and self-help organizations
