Childcare in daycare centers

Childcare is a great enrichment for a child's life.

Here, children learn to separate from their parents or guardians for a certain period of time, make new friends, are supported in their development in the various educational areas and discover a completely new world in addition to their family. In the district of Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen, child day care comprises the education, upbringing and care of children in child day care facilities and in child day care.

When looking for a suitable childcare place, some questions may arise that can often be resolved very quickly with targeted advice.

Who can help me find a childcare place in a daycare center or childminder?

First of all, make sure you check the registration deadlines at the beginning of the year for the childcare centers in your municipality or city. These are important, as they are the only way to keep track of your registration when the local authority is planning its requirements for the fall. You can usually find these on the homepage of the town / municipality.

The local authority itself is also your first point of contact for allocating places.

For an overview of the daycare facilities in your respective town or municipality, please contact the district's specialist supervisors / specialist advisors at kita@lra-toelz.de. You will find the current concept of the facility, including opening hours, on the respective daycare center's homepage.

Please always register for several facilities in your area to increase your chances of getting a place.

For free places with a childminder, please contact the district's specialist supervisors / specialist advisors at kindertagespflege@lra-toelz.de.
