List of monuments

The list of architectural and ground monuments as well as ensembles can be called up with the Bavarian Monument Atlas on the website of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation.

Official consultation day of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation

Once a month, the regional expert from the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments comes to the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen.

All applications received up to this point will be processed on this official consultation day. Depending on requirements, individual site inspections together with the responsible technician from the district office and the district home preservation department may also be considered.

If possible, submit an application for listed building consent at an early planning stage. The application must be submitted to the district office via the town, municipality or administrative community. If the documents submitted are incomplete or additional information is required, the missing documents must be submitted at one of the next consultation days.

In the case of measures requiring planning permission, permission under monument protection law must be applied for in the application for planning permission. If a construction measure is exempt from the procedure, a permit is still required in accordance with Art. 6 and 15 DSchG.

There are no costs for the decision on the preservation order.
